At UTORI, each order is carefully prepared and packaged before leaving our studio. As our products are handcrafted, we allow time to process each order with care.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 3–5 working days before dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with any available delivery information.
UK Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within England, Scotland and Wales using Royal Mail.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
Delivery Areas
We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. We hope to expand our delivery areas in the future.
Delivery Issues
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail. While we cannot control delays caused by the delivery service, we are always here to help if an issue occurs.
